Job Description
Disposables Warehouse Ng is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Yaba, Lagos. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of ₦50,00 – ₦60,00.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram, managing customer data, providing product information, and resolving complaints efficiently.
To qualify, you should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, reside in Yaba, possess excellent English communication skills, and be proficient with data entry and social media platforms.
