Job Description
Chow Buddies Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Gwarimpa Estate, Abuja. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing online and phone orders, effectively communicating order details between customers and the kitchen team, and professionally addressing customer inquiries.
Applicants should have at least an OND/Diploma; prior experience in customer service is advantageous. Ideal candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, basic mathematical proficiency, and a strong commitment to customer service.
This is a full-time role offering a monthly salary of ₦100,00. Flexibility in working shifts is required.
