Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to:
- Provide introductory information to new customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction with products or services
- Follow up with clients to check their satisfaction
- Inform customers about additional products or services
- Resolve queries and troubleshoot common issues
- Work with a team to find appropriate solutions
