Job Description
Bons Industries Limited, a respected food processing company, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Officer/Executive to join our team in Enugu. The ideal candidate will excel in understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring satisfaction while effectively managing a high volume of inbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer needs to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Professionally handle a significant number of inbound calls.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 monthly.
