Beauty Hut Africa seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Responsibilities include managing orders, modifications, cancellations, returns, and payment issues; handling complaints with empathy and escalating complex cases; maintaining product and skincare expertise; logging interactions in the CRM and producing daily reports; coordinating with logistics to track orders to resolution; and contributing to the knowledge base.
