Job Description
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. They act as a liaison between the company and its customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers
- Providing product information and resolving customer queries
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assisting customers with technical issues and troubleshooting
- Upselling and cross-selling products
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in using CRM software and general computer skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
