Job Description

This full-time, on-site position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer satisfaction and related experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

The salary for this position is N150,00 per month.
