Job Description
Amy Consulting is currently looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to be the main point of contact for our esteemed clients. The successful candidate will represent our brand’s values while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Engage with clients currently occupying properties
- Provide accurate information about property listings and services
- Assist with inquiries, bookings, and transactions
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Prior customer service experience, ideally in the real estate sector
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
