Job Description

Amy Consulting is currently looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to be the main point of contact for our esteemed clients. The successful candidate will represent our brand’s values while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Engage with clients currently occupying properties
  • Provide accurate information about property listings and services
  • Assist with inquiries, bookings, and transactions
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior customer service experience, ideally in the real estate sector
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
