Job Description
10PointZero Nigeria Limited is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team in the CCTV and GPS tracking installations sector. The ideal candidate will be youthful, energetic, and committed to providing exceptional customer service while effectively promoting our products through strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist existing customers with their requirements and subscription renewals.
- Create new business opportunities via telemarketing efforts.
Requirements:
- OND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM at our office located on Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba, Lagos.
