Job Description
- We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
- The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in any field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
