Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Personnel to join our team at STARRY GOLD ACADEMY, located in Ikeja. Candidates residing in the vicinity of Ikeja, Ketu, or Ojota are preferred.

Salary: ₦100,00 per month

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to multitask and utilize digital tools such as WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Email, MS Word, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma).

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Candidates must be able to commute reliably to Lagos or plan to relocate prior to employment.
