Job Description
Rubels & Angels, a fine-dining and take-out restaurant in Lagos, seeks a full-time Customer Service Personnel. The successful candidate will provide prompt, courteous support across communication channels, manage inquiries, complaints, and orders, maintain a welcoming service area, offer informed product recommendations, document customer feedback, and coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Residence within the Ajao Estate–Oshodi/Isolo axis, Lagos is required.
