Job Summary
A Customer service personnel who lives in Ikeja, Lagos State and ready to resume work immediately is required to fill this position.
- Minimum Qualification: OND
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
Respond to Customer Inquiries:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Resolve Customer Issues:
- Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
Order Processing:
- Assist customers with placing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the specified time frame.
Administrative Duties:
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Follow-up:
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customer accounts and databases with relevant information.
