Job Summary

A Customer service personnel who lives in Ikeja, Lagos State and ready to resume work immediately is required to fill this position.

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Entry level

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

Respond to Customer Inquiries:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

Resolve Customer Issues:

  • Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.

Order Processing:

  • Assist customers with placing orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the specified time frame.

Administrative Duties:

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Follow-up:

  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer accounts and databases with relevant information.
