Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist with a focus on Order to Cash processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving billing inquiries, and ensuring timely collection of payments.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of order management systems and possesses excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. Prior experience in accounts receivable or order processing is preferred.
