Job Description
We are seeking a courteous, organized Customer Service Officer to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional experiences for SOLARITY PLUS customers in Lagos. Duties include answering phone, email, and chat; providing accurate product information; processing service requests; maintaining customer records; coordinating with internal teams; and generating revenue from existing accounts.
- Requirements: HND, minimum 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively. Yoruba proficiency preferred.
