Job Description
Prestigious Consulting is actively searching for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic laundry department. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaint resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and process transactions.
- Oversee social media interactions and manage feedback.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries, ensuring order accuracy.
- Design promotional materials utilizing Canva.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the laundry or hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside near the Orchid Road, Jakande, Agungi, Ikota area.
Salary: N100,00 – N130,00/month.
