Mehtic Technology LTD is in search of a committed Customer Service Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Quickly and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback diligently.
• Collaborating with various departments to resolve complex queries.
• Providing customers with detailed product and service information.
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams.
• Analyzing customer data using Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦70,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
