Job Description

Mecer Consulting Limited, a leader in business and management consulting, is seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Abuja (FCT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and effectively address complaints.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Offer accurate information regarding banking products and services.
  • Assist customers with account openings and transactions.
  • Cross-sell microfinance products and foster financial literacy among clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in the banking sector.
