Job Description
Mecer Consulting Limited, a leader in business and management consulting, is seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Abuja (FCT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and effectively address complaints.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Offer accurate information regarding banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account openings and transactions.
- Cross-sell microfinance products and foster financial literacy among clients.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in the banking sector.
