Job Description

LIBRA PARTNERS is seeking a committed and professional Customer Service Officer for our Bakery business located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving complaints and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• HND in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM.

Remuneration: 100,00 NGN per month, along with additional benefits.
