Job Description

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos. Full-time on-site, Monday–Saturday. Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00.

We seek a formal, customer-focused professional to represent client satisfaction across calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours and resolve complaints within 24 hours.
  • Convert marketing leads; coordinate shipments and procurement with Sales & Operations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, collect and escalate feedback, support digital engagement, and nurture customer relationships.
  • Prepare weekly performance and activity reports.

Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Communication, or related; minimum 2 years in logistics, procurement, or customer-facing roles; strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving skills, and CRM familiarity.
