Job Description
Pwan Legend Realtors & Investment Limited, a partner of Jibs-Ray Nigeria Limited, is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer.
Job Location
Ikota, Ajah – Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 4 years of work experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Smart, young, and beautiful.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Female for gender balance.
Salary: N80,00 – N120,00 Monthly.
