Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
