Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as logistics and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to improve our products and services based on customer input.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably in e-commerce or medical tech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
