Job Description
Crossover Microfinance Bank is hiring a full-time Customer Service Officer based in Ikeja. The role requires responding to phone, email, and chat inquiries; providing product information, tracking orders, and managing returns; maintaining accurate CRM records; and coordinating with sales and logistics. The officer will remain informed about products, promotions, and event-related activities.
- Qualifications: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree; 2-4 years of customer service experience.
- Skills: strong communication and problem-solving abilities, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and an interest in sports and event knowledge.
