Job Description
- Manage customer requests and educate them on products/services.
- Collaborate with team members for optimal client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients.
- Document customer information accurately.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in any field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer support or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with pets (dogs & cats).
Salary: N159,00 monthly
