Job Description
Our client, a reputable outpatient Family Clinic, is seeking to hire a dedicated Customer Service Officer. In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional service and support to all patients and clients. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, ensuring patients possess the required medical information, and guiding clients to the appropriate departments.
Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments for accurate billing, manage email communications regarding immigration screenings, and fulfill administrative tasks to guarantee a smooth experience for all clients.

Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦160,00.00 monthly
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience is required.
