Job Description
Awacash is on the lookout for a cheerful and efficient Customer Service Officer to represent our organization. As the welcoming face and voice of our team, you will assist customers through various channels, facilitating their onboarding into our digital and in-branch services.
Responsibilities: You will manage account openings, address customer inquiries, process transactions, assist with documentation, promote additional products, and maintain database reports.
Requirements: Applicants should possess a minimum of OND (BSc preferred) and have 1-2 years of experience in frontline banking. Proficiency in BankOne or similar software and outstanding communication skills are essential, along with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Salary: NGN 150,00 – 250,00 | Full Time | Lagos
