Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
– Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
– Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
– Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
– Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively
– Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual/multilingual)
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
– Sales experience is a plus
– Familiarity with phone etiquette and proper phone communication
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Candidate must have Bank one experience
