Job Description

Workpedia Africa Ltd seeks a dedicated Customer Service Manager to oversee front-of-house operations in Lagos. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of ₦180,00–₦200,00. The successful candidate will supervise and train front-desk teams, manage guest interactions, handle complaints and service recovery, implement service standards, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Qualifications: HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: 3–5 years in customer service or hospitality management
• Skills: strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Must reside in Lagos
