Job Description
Workinnigeria, based in Ikoyi, is excited to invite applications for the role of Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in managing customer service teams, ideally in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Key responsibilities include overseeing client orders, monitoring team performance, implementing service protocols, and addressing complex customer concerns. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is mandatory.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦300,00 to ₦500,00.
