TeamGrow Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our support team, ensure service excellence, and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, handling escalations, setting and monitoring satisfaction targets, recruiting and mentoring agents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing customer feedback to implement improvements. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, have 3–5 years of customer service management experience, exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, and be proficient with CRM systems. This position is available full-time or part-time. Compensation begins at ₦250,00 per month.
