Job Description

In this position, you will manage guest inquiries, reservations, complaints, and feedback with the utmost courtesy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and guide them to their appropriate seating.
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to online inquiries, and manage reservations.
- Address complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed.
Key Requirements:
- OND/HND or relevant certification.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
