Job Description
Outsource Nigeria is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to oversee our customer service team, ensuring that our clients and partners receive prompt and professional assistance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels and effectively addressing escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives.
- Establish service standards and response protocols.
- Quickly resolve intricate customer complaints.
- Recruit and mentor customer service personnel.
- Compile reports on customer feedback and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in customer service.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: N200,00 Monthly + PFA + HMO
