Job Description

Join our team as Customer Service Manager to lead and develop a high-performing support team. You will oversee daily operations, resolve escalations, set service standards, train staff, monitor KPIs, and improve processes to boost customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales and product teams to address client needs and implement CRM best practices. Requirements: 3+ years in customer service leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience with CRM systems, ability to analyze metrics and coach teams.
