In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience while efficiently resolving issues and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers, maintain a positive demeanor, swiftly address concerns, and generate reports on service performance metrics.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software are required.
