Job Summary
We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Executive at STERLING HOMES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by quickly and effectively answering customer questions, resolving issues with empathy and care, documenting pain points to share with internal teams, nurturing relationships, and improving brand credibility.
