Job Description
At Sterling Homes Ltd, we are focused on the need to increase access to homeownership for the average citizen and create a better living experience for people in a secure community. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Processing forms, applications, and requests.
- Cross-selling the company-related projects and services.
- Keeping updated records of customer information, interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensuring referrals and repeat sales are made by clients.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
