Job Description
A Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients. As a Customer Service Executive, your main role is to address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages, and assist customers in resolving their issues effectively.
Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution provided. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting customer interactions, updating customer records, and collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
