Job Description
Nathans Limited, the leading dry cleaning chain in Africa, is currently seeking motivated Customer Service Executives for our Victoria Island branch. We are looking for smart, detail-oriented, and organized individuals who have a passion for problem-solving!
Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: NGN 75,00 – 150,00 (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying needs and providing effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
