Job Description
Kennedy Consulting is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to deliver outstanding service to our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication skills and a sincere enthusiasm for luxury service. Key responsibilities include professionally managing inquiries and complaints, providing comprehensive product information, coordinating communication across various platforms, collaborating with internal teams for prompt deliveries, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, over 3 years of customer service experience—preferably in the luxury sector—and excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a pay rate of up to ₦200,00.00 per month.
