Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing introductory information, such as a product manual explanation, to prospective and new customers
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Assist with regulatory document filing
- Contribute to data collection, entry, and basic data analysis for reporting and service improvements.
- Handle the official phone line, web chat and email communications, providing appropriate and professional responses to both current and prospective clients ensuring they are satisfied with our product and services.
- Liaise with internal teams to monitor client work progress and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service timelines, and follow-ups
- Ensure all client correspondence reflects the brand’s professionalism and commitment to travel excellence.
- Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them
- Negotiating and closing sales through calling
- Support for sales and marketing through telemarketing, sales leads generation, profiling, visits when needed, CRM update, etc.
- Any other assigned task
REQUIREMENT
-Degree in management, Business Studies or related field with 2 – 3 years ofexperience in client service, customer support, or administrative roles, preferably within travels and tours services.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and data management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail and can handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional demean our, confidentiality, and integrity in dealing with client matters
- Proximity to Ikeja is required.
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday

Salary: 120 – 150k Net
