Job Description
ValueMart Discount City Market is actively seeking a persuasive and articulate Customer Service Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers in Abuja. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00 per month within the retail, fashion, and FMCG sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong customer-focused mindset, and a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or sales. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, promoting sales, addressing complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
