Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture is inviting applications from qualified Nigerian nationals for the position of Customer Service Associate at our headquarters in Ibadan.
Contract Duration: 3-year renewable contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages according to our high standards.
- Maintain service equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Oversee storeroom stock levels and ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Set up tables for service efficiently.
- Accurately take orders and process payments.
Required Qualifications: A National Diploma in Hospitality or a related field, along with 2 years of relevant experience.
