Job Description:
- We are seeking experienced Customer Service personnel with Technical support skills.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company for After Sales Service.
- Manage customer inquiries, issue resolution, and onboarding processes.
- Develop customer loyalty and work with Team Leads to address issues.
- Manage Customer Support Channels effectively.
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND from a recognized institution.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, IT expertise, and proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work with multinational organizations and draft proposals.
