Job Description
Our client, an Islamic Lifestyle Brand is currently hiring a Customer Service Assistant. Key responsibilities include attending to customer inquiries, maintaining cleanliness, managing orders, and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attending to customer queries promptly on social media.
- Assisting walk-in customers courteously.
- Ensuring store cleanliness and order accuracy.
- Following up on orders and coordinating deliveries.
- Providing quotations and managing products.
- Handling transactions and confirming orders.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
- Flexibility and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Thursday)
Pay: ₦80,00.00 per month
