Job Description
Join Mutual Alliance Mortgage Bank as a Customer Service and Operations Officer in Abuja! We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage front desk duties and assist with various assigned roles. This full-time position offers a salary range of NGN 75,00 – 150,00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries
- Conduct customer visits and marketing as required
- Maintain customer files and documentation
- Assist in regular report generation and account openings
- Develop a systematic filing process
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc degree
- 1 year of work experience
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken English
