Job Description
Join our team at TeamAce as a Customer Service and Billing Specialist. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and ensure a seamless billing experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage the billing process, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Clearly communicate billing details and project costs.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding billing issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service or billing roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Salary: N150,00 – N250,00 / Month
