Job Description
We seek a professional Customer Service Agent to deliver courteous, efficient support via phone, email, and chat. The role involves resolving inquiries, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, escalating appropriately, and documenting all interactions in the CRM to ensure accurate records and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely, empathetic responses and maintain service quality.
- Process orders and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
