Job Description
Joes & Eves seeks a full-time Customer Sales Representative to serve as the salon’s first point of contact in Lekki. Compensation: ₦100,00/month. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing phone, WhatsApp and online bookings, confirming appointments, responding to service and promotion inquiries, processing payments, maintaining basic records, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Customer service experience required; beauty or hospitality background preferred
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and client-focused demeanor
- Basic computer and social media proficiency
