Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies.
• Promptly address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze customer feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.

Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 monthly plus benefits.
